By giving you the fundamental skills you need to install, configure and support computer hardware systems, the course can launch your career in the IT industry. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining devices, PCs, and servers.

A Certified Hardware Technician (CHT) will also be able to apply troubleshooting techniques and correctly and safely diagnose, fix, and document common problems. He or she will also provide an awareness of networking and security/forensics fundamentals.

Customer service is an important part of any person’s skill set, and this course gives you an understanding of how to offer the right support. Learning about wireless networks, mobile technologies, and customized deployments for end users is one of my favorites.
