This course is designed to introduce you to the fascinating world of information technology.

The course is designed to provide a professional in a field outside of information technology (financial, administrative, or managerial) with a basic knowledge of information technology to be able to interact more profitably with the computer and telecommunications professionals in your company or other corporations with which you are associated, being able to define requirements, estimate workloads, and monitor results in a much more efficient way.

In this course, you will learn about the basic hardware concepts that underpin information systems and communication networks.
